Every now again the Immune system needs a boost.

Especially in the winter months, when you constantly find yourself training in all sorts of weather.

Make sure your fighting fit with our simple Immune Booster smoothie:

 

The Set up

Grab a blender/smootie maker, fill the container with the following:

 

Spring Greens Handful
Banana Whole
Peeled Orange Whole
Pineapple Cup
Blueberries Handful
Water Half Pint

 

Blend together until smooth, again adjusting the water level to suit your tasting (thinner/thicker)

 

Where &When

In the winter months I make sure to have an Immune Booster each day when outdoor training is planned.

I would usually take in the morning an hour or so after a breakfast meal.
