One of my small alternatives is using coconut oil, rather than using your usual cooking oils.
Coconut oil has many more nutritional properties.
They are a great source healthy fats, with its high concentration of beneficial fats its also helpful for digestion.
So swap out your normal cooking oils/butter and throw in a tea spoon of coconut oil to your wok or pan, and start tidying up those meals.
